Can you test whether this is resolved with the latest backports version (linux-image-6.10.6+bpo-amd64)? If not, please report the issue upstream, following <https://drm.pages.freedesktop.org/intel-docs/how-to-file-i915-bugs.html>. Note that we don't make any changes to the drm subsystem or i915 driver, so it should be OK to do this despite running a distribuion kernel. Do let us know the URL of the issue you open, so we can keep track of it. (We ask you to do this yourself because the upstream developers will likely need to ask you more questions.)
