Hi,

However, that doesn't seem to work on our s390x host as it seems to freeze instead. Is this something known? Something I'm doing wrong (E.g. these options behaving differently on s390x)? Is this a s390x kernel bug?

It seems those "User process fault" messages are a different problem as I have them in the current journal history. In that time I had the vm.panic_on_oom/kernel.panic trick turned off. Yesterday I enable the trick again, to see if the issue that I reported got resolved, but alas, the host stopped responding after a while [1].

Regarding the sysrq question, I've enabled if for the next time I play with the options (soon). I assume I can connect to the host with the x3270 terminal to try it out. What should I try when it happens again?
