Control: retitle -1 Packaging ciwiki instead of dikiwiki

Hi,

this bug showed up as a candicate for the Bug of the Day[3] thus I've
checked the bug log.

This project looks active even now(ish) at least it seemed to release
regular updates on SourceForge eleven years long since your last mail.

I wonder what might be the best curse of action:
  1. Remove the outdated didiwiki and package ciwiki from scratch
  2. Rename didiwiki to ciwiki to keep the packaging history
