Package: fftw3-dev
Version: 3.1.1-1
Severity: normal

The version of fftw3-dev does not depend strictly on any specific
version of fftw3, thereby allowing a user to have two conflicting
version installed at the same time, a la my current situation.

I believe a "Depends: fftw3 (=${Source-Version})" would do the trick in
debian/control, but I'm a bit out of practice to tinker around and make
a working patch at the moment.

Thanks
