* What led up to the situation?
On debian bookworm with xfce, i install xpad
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
When i change the background color of a sitcky note : right clic --> Edit -->
presentation
and i use a background color the notes change its color (lets say yellow)
but on logout/login or on reboot, it change back to the defaut color (gray in
my case)
* What was the outcome of this action?
The background color desplayed is the choosen one (yellow)
but if i return again to change it, i saw it's still grey (the default)
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I expect the choosen color to be keeped upon reboot and also from time to time
when changing the color
