copyright grant: also cleanup copyright from fill.blank file

Unlike fill blank override, "plain" fill blank is called on grant
object and copyright and license were stored directly in grant object
bypassing the copyright cleanup (note that cleanup was already done on
license from fill.blank).
Now, any copyright coming from fill.blank is also cleaned up.
This change triggered a small change in moarvm-upgrade test because
the updated copyright is created with a Grant::Plain object (instead
of beeing created through a Grant::ByFile object). thus the cleanup
done when constucting Grant::ByFile object was bypassed.
