Hi, I can confirm that the bug exists (I use policycoreutils 1.30-2), that it prevents selinux-policy-default from installing correctly, and that the proposed fix works. After changing /usr/sbin/genhomedircon as suggested, a re-run of "apt-get install selinux-policy-default" works just fine.
