Hi

I admit the current issues in your package xtermset are not severe and
its not really in need of salvaging. The package might be in need for
some love anyway after it came up as some candidate for the Bug of the
Day[1] I've spent some time into it, to modernise the packaging, fix
some links and also the clean target (#1046810).

I've set up a repository within the salvage-team space[2] to assist you
with this initial setup. If you decide not to accept the ITS, this
repository can easily be moved to another location, such as debian/
(given xtermset was once in collab-maint SVN on Alioth which I importet
into the packaging Git repository on Salsa) this might be your prefered
location. I was also wondering whether I should simply go on with a
"Debian Team upload" but I've thought asking you via the ITS formalism
might be the better way to ask for your confirmation.

As said above your package was highlighted in the Bug of the Day[1]
initiative, which aims to introduce newcomers to manageable tasks and
guide them through the workflow to solve them. The focus of this
initiative is on migrating packages to Salsa, as it's a great way to
familiarize newcomers with a consistent Git-based workflow.

Kind regards
    Andreas.
