Hi, the 1.0.0 release is from 2004 and it doesn't offer anything that isn't provided twice over (curl, aria2c) by something current. I do not think Debian should attempt to become upstream by fixing #1075401 puf: ftbfs with GCC-14 even if it does not look specifically hard.
