That test was with dgit 11 because I hadn't locally installed
dgit_12.deb. With the in-tree dgit 12.0, I see this:
$ ./using-these dgit --damp-run --delayed=5 push-source
...
# dput ftp-master '../bpd/dgit_12.1~WRONG_source.changes'
