Now elixir-lang has one ftbfs issue due to timeout on test:

1) test --listen-on-stdin does not exit on compilation failure

I have increased the timeout on riscv64 to 120000ms from 60000ms and the
test cases passed on my local Unmatched board.
Could you have a look at this?
