Dear Maintainer, After a recent reboot, pipewire no longer showed my internal laptop microphone as available. The set of pipewire/pulseaudio profiles were also different. The internal mic was effectively unusable (except in the Pro Audio profile, interestingly). Reverting to an earlier kernel and pipewire packages (known to be working) didn't help. This morning, I ran across the following post which decribes the exact problem I was having (my laptop is a Thinkpad T16 with MTL Audio HW): https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=301300 The posts there point to an upstream bug: https://github.com/alsa-project/alsa-ucm-conf/issues/472 I didn't see a newer version of 1.2.13 (e.g., a -2) in Debian, so I reverted to 1.2.12-1 and everything starting working again.
