I see.

Too bad. With the original installation of bind9 on my Debian system, I
can confirm that includes actually work. What I did to verify this is
the following:

1) install bind9 and nslint on a system which didn't previously contain
   either package
2) edit /etc/bind/named.conf.local (which is included by
   /etc/bind/named.conf) to include /etc/bind/zones.rfc1918
3) run "nslint -c /etc/bind/named.conf" which reported no problem (*)
4) edit /etc/bind/zones.rfc1918 to reference the non-existant zone file
/etc/bind/db.empt (I just deleted the "y" at the end of the filename)
5) run the same nslint command again. It now reports a missing file.

I leave it to you wether to close the bug or not. But I don't see how I
should fix it when I can't reproduce the problem. Especially since you
also don't have the configuration files anymore which caused the error.

Regards,
Sven
