It’s still widely distributed, as dev86, and used to build bochs; see
https://repology.org/project/dev86/versions and
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/bochs/blob/rawhide/f/bochs.spec for
example. There is an updated upstream repository at
https://codeberg.org/jbruchon/dev86 (continued from
https://github.com/lkundrak/dev86).

I’ve prepared an update to 0.16.21 from the lkundrak repository and am
reviewing the changes in the jbruchon repository. I’ve filed an ITS, #1094179.
