Given the aforementioned and also the following factors:
* last upstream version 2008
* last maintainer/uploader upload 2017
* upstream dead
* upstream site's in general search

is broken
* upstream site no longer ships this at all
* I installed emacs with no plugins and it opened .gz/.tar.gz/.gpg
files by default and well
I'll upgrade this to a removal in like a month unless anyone protests.
