Hello, I just realised that I simply have to remove the libgtk-3-0 pkg which has no dependencies. Once I did this the libgtk-3-0t64 pkg upgrades without problem.
I think the problem originated when upgrading from stable to testing. Sorry for all the trouble Andrew Sent from my iPad
