Well, so am I... The patch has been commited in my copy and sent to Daniel. What's needed actually is Daniel to update his public copy with that patch and a few others..... Actually, I'm a bit worrying about the low activity on aptitude. I guess that Daniel Burrows is certainly busy with real life and I hope that nothing more grave is behind the current silence. I've seen many other issues reported to the BTS without much action. aptitude being a key package in Debian and we are quite close to the release time (and freeze time), so I indeed really would like to get news from Daniel now.....
