Hi,
Whilst working on the Reproducible Builds effort [0], we noticed that
acme.sh could not be built reproducibly.
This is because the generated manual page embeds the build path by way
of a "this value defaults to..." string that is rendered at build time.
Patch attached that makes this value deterministic — and actually
more accurate, too.
