Yes, I would suggest improving the clarity, especially since "no" is
mentioned for both cases (see below).

Well, the change requires updates for the Debconf translations.
If no further changes are done from your side, I believe the release 
managers would accept a freeze exception.

So I suggest providing the updated template asap and then I could help
you by runing a call for translation updates if you want. I can also
help you word the request for freeze exception.

Waiting "after the freeze" would mean outdated translations in Trixie,
which would not be good for the international users.
