I usually use Changjei and Cantonese (both table methods), sometimes
pinyin.

I guess this probably may be because SCIM was originally designed for
simplified Chinese. SCIM's pinyin input method is very good and there's
no need for wildcard keys, but for traditional Chinese it is more useful.
