Package: picotool
Version: 2.1.1+dfsg-1
Severity: minor

Dear Maintainer,

I found that `man picotool` gives me following structure:

NAME
DESCRIPTION
   PICOTOOL:
   SYNOPSIS:
   COMMANDS:
   SYNOPSIS:
   COMMANDS:

Probably the text of chapters "SYNOPSIS" and "COMMANDS" was inserted twice by a
mistake.
I also manually checked the content of file "/usr/share/man/man1/picotool.1.gz"
and it has the same duplication.
Could you please remove the duplicating text?
