I encountered the same issue. Before #1109233 was fixed, I was unable to input anything (mouse and keyboard). After that, mouse input works fine but keyboard input is still broken. Just tried building and upgrading krdp and kpipewire to 6.4.2[1][2][3], and it seems to fix the issue. There may be some commits worth backporting if 6.4.x is not expected to be packaged soon.
