latest version needs you to (also?) enable chrome://flags/#temporary-unexpire-flags-m139 chrome://flags/#temporary-unexpire-flags-m138, relaunch and then enable chrome://flags/#allow-legacy-mv2-extensions according to the upstream issue a future version will add change these to m140 and remove this workaround
