chatty relies on dbus-launch (dbus-x11) to run its test suite, but it doesn't need to: dbus-run-session (dbus-daemon) is sufficient. Please consider applying a change similar to the one in https://bugs.debian.org/1079555 which will make this package no longer dependent on some poorly-understood code paths that should eventually be phased out.
