It links against gnutls13 for all but i386, and will transition there as soon as it is rebuilt. I do not understand however why the last few uploads of libsoup have not been built on i386.
Apologies for sending the patch, especially such a trivial one, but there has not been much activity on the other similar bugs, so I have gone through and done the same for all of them. I should have left you some time to deal with it yourself, especially as it is a new package and you are likely to be very responsive.
