The "?" in the URL is correct in the first GET, but escaped to %3F in the
second.

Note: lftp-devel is broken, rejecting my valid mails:

Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host relay1.yar.ru[193.233.48.99] said: 554 5.7.1
    DSL or DialUp sender c-65-96-98-57.hsd1.ma.comcast.net [65.96.98.57] (1),
please use Provider SMTP (in reply to RCPT TO command)

This is not a valid or reasonable requirement to place on mail users; I
run my mail server specifically to *not* depend on the dubious reliability
of my ISP's mail servers, and it's insane to demand that I depend on a
third-party server that I have no control over for the delivery of all
of my mail. (My mail directly to Alexander similarly bounced. In fact,
I can't even unsubscribe from lftp-devel, because my unsubscribe command
bounces. This entire problem is the very reason I will not use my ISP's
mail servers.)
