Although I took an interest in this salvaging activity I did not make a contribution to the package in the end and am not intending to be an uploader, but thanks for suggesting it! I have removed my name in the proposed git repository. Perhaps, with no volunteer as uploader, it would be best to orphan this package instead? Andrew
