Downgrading swig at runtime won't help as it's a code generator.

A downgraded swig at compile time should solve this. That won't help
much, of course.

I couldn't find anything in the SWIG 4.4.0 release notes that would
hint at a breaking change.

Unless someone has a better idea, bisecting swig and building KiCad
against it is the only option I see to triage this.
