This is gnucash trying to prevent a crash, it is not a crash in itself -
gnucash simply reports a problem and exits. It may not be a simple or
obvious message but it does avoid a lot of real crashes.

e.g. Once you do as requested, gnucash will start without complaining
about the file being locked.

Ensure any saved reports have a modified title from the stock gnucash
report and you will avoid problems in the future.
