The real problem here is a failure by apt in resolving the dependencies. With libavformat-extra61:amd64 already installed on your system, it should have tried to install libavformat-extra61:i386 but instead it tried (and failed) to install libavformat61:i386. It might be worth reassiging this bug report to apt, marking it as affecting wine and src:ffmpeg.
