Hi,

I have the same issue from home and from work (Sweden).
This started happening like a few days ago though maybe 3-4 days and is
consistently reproducible across two different networks and laptop
restarts. This happens on Debian Sid.

apt I recently updated by ignoring bugs in hope it would solve the problem,
but it didn't

ii apt 3.1.14 amd64 commandline package manager
ii apt-config-icons 1.1.1-1 all APT configuration snippet to enable icon
downloads
ii apt-listbugs 0.1.47 all tool which lists critical bugs before each APT
installation
ii apt-listchanges 4.8 all package change history notification tool
ii apt-transport-https 3.1.14 all transitional package for https support
ii apt-utils 3.1.14 amd64 package management related utility programs
ii aptitude 0.8.13-8 amd64 terminal-based package manager
ii aptitude-common 0.8.13-8 all architecture independent files for the
aptitude package manager
