Hi,
I have successfully switched my qmail installation to tcpsvd.
Below is the config I used. It permits only connections from localhost
(127.0.0.1), and uses the /etc/tcp.smtp/ directory for config. As
Gerrit pointed out, one could also use a compiled format.
$ ls -lR /etc/tcp.smtp
/etc/tcp.smtp/:
- ---------- 1 qmaild root 0 2005-02-02 22:33 0
- -rw------- 1 qmaild root 14 2005-02-02 22:18 127.0.0.1
$ cat /etc/tcp.smtp/127.0.0.1
+RELAYCLIENT=
$ cat /etc/init.d/qmail
#!/bin/bash
#
# /etc/init.d/qmail : start or stop the qmail mail subsystem.
