I will retest this. But as far as I am able to remember this did not work. 

This will take some time because I have to setup a new test-system (and as 
an additional "feature", my exams are near, so my time is a little limited 
right now), as the one I had problems with went live as a production 
system (with my changes to the init-script).

I will report my findings to this bug.

This would be appreciated. I was quite stumbled after my initial setup 
prevented the director from starting and it took me some while to find the 
real reason.
