Actually, pyside2 is incompatible with Python 3.14 (#1127050), and I would prefer removing it to fixing it, too. We already have 23 patches including patches to support Python 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13 (backported from pyside6), but the more we diverge from pyside6, the harder it is to backport them. So if freecad supports running with pyside6, maybe we should use that. We still have plenty of time before Forky release to fix the bugs. -- Dmitry Shachnev
