Package: mate-utils Version: 1.26.1-1+b3 Severity: normal X-Debbugs-Cc: [email protected]
Dear Maintainer, After upgrading libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0 from 2.44.4+dfsg-1 to 2.44.5+dfsg-4 in forky, mate-screenshot started to hang when pressing Save button. All its controls get inactive, the mouse pointer turns into "busy" state, there are no messages in GUI or terminal and the file is never created. Downgrading libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0 back to 2.44.4+dfsg-1 fixes the issue. Setting Affects as requested in #1128001. -- System Information: Debian Release: forky/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 6.18.12+deb14-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_FIRMWARE_WORKAROUND Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) LSM: AppArmor: enabled Versions of packages mate-utils depends on: ii libatk1.0-0t64 2.59.1-2 ii libc6 2.42-13 ii libcairo2 1.18.4-3 ii libcanberra-gtk3-0 0.30-20 ii libcanberra0 0.30-20 ii libgdk-pixbuf-2.0-0 2.44.5+dfsg-4 ii libglib2.0-0t64 2.87.2-3 ii libgtk-3-0t64 3.24.51-4 ii libgtop-2.0-11 2.41.3-2+b1 ii libice6 2:1.1.1-1+b1 ii libmate-panel-applet-4-1 1.27.1-4.1+b1 ii libmatedict6 1.26.1-1+b3 ii libpango-1.0-0 1.57.0-1 ii libpangocairo-1.0-0 1.57.0-1 ii libsm6 2:1.2.6-1+b1 ii libudisks2-0 2.11.0-2 ii libx11-6 2:1.8.12-1+b1 ii libxext6 2:1.3.4-1+b4 ii mate-desktop-common 1.28.2-1 ii mate-utils-common 1.26.1-1 ii zlib1g 1:1.3.dfsg+really1.3.1-3 mate-utils recommends no packages. mate-utils suggests no packages. -- debconf-show failed
