Since your move to the "3.0 (quilt)" format, the build-depedency on quilt is not needed anymore. Please drop this old dependency to help triage the remaining users of "quilt" (a few are legit). Please also consider dropping debian/README.source: this document common knoweledge valid for 99% of packages and has nothing specific to acpitool.
