Source: quota
Version: 4.09-1
Severity: normal

Hi Michael,

Since the move to the "3.0 (quilt)" format,
the build-depedency on quilt is not needed anymore;
it is dpkg now that does this the job of applying
patches at build time.

Please drop this old dependency to help triage
the remaining users of "quilt" (a few are legit).

I would also drop debian/README.source,
this is the default situation of 99% of packages,
and thus does not need a special README anymore.

Greetings

Alexandre
