This isn't some temporary issue that will clear up by itself.
The dependency needs to be tightened so britney knows that the new rust-rustls needs the new rust-zlib-rs and schedules tests (for both rust-rustls itself, and the reverse depencies of rust-rustls) with the new versions of both packages accordingly. Without that, neither rust-zlib-rs or rust-rustls will be able to migrate to testing.
