Version 6.1.0-2 still builds knot-resolver6-dev, which prevents migration as it can't be installed on s390x. You might want to prevent building on s390x by build-depending on architecture-is-little-endian (Provided by architecture-properties) conform devref [1], and then ask for removal again of knot-resolver6-dev/s390x.
