Thanks for the report. Would you help me to report the remaining
references (be it in debian/copyright or elsewhere) as well?

Excluding tools like lintian et al, which naturally need to reference
the file to say "do not reference this file", I found the following
ones:

https://sources.debian.org/src/netpbm-free/2:11.13.03-1/doc/copyright_summary?hl=29#L29

https://sources.debian.org/src/calibre/9.6.0+ds+~0.10.5-5/COPYRIGHT?hl=311#L311

https://sources.debian.org/src/libfabric/2.1.0-1.1/prov/psm3/debian/copyright?hl=13#L13

https://sources.debian.org/src/ecbuild/3.13.1-2/debian/copyright?hl=32#L32

https://sources.debian.org/src/kbuild/1:0.1.9998svn3686+dfsg-2/dist/debian/copyright?hl=34#L34

https://sources.debian.org/src/gnupg-pkcs11-scd/0.11.0-1/distro/debian/copyright.m4?hl=17#L17

https://sources.debian.org/src/pyexiftool/0.5.6-2/debian/copyright?hl=15#L15

Some of those are quite funny:

- The one in ecbuild references a file called "BSD-2-Clause" which
afaik never existed.

- The one in gnupg-pkcs11-scd says "the complete text of the GNU
General Public License can be found in `/usr/share/common-licenses/BSD'".

Thanks.
