What do you mean? You cannot mount something already mounted.


Yes, Agreed. That's why this bug report.

I don't think automount is unmounting and remounting the device
because in that case it would get a device busy message.

I believe it has something to do with autofs because it contidoes the
mounting job every 30 seconds which is equivalent to the timout option
I've set.

All these series of mounts make fsck to be run on the device once
within every 5 minutes.
