Hi,

"simple" new upstream.

Upstream finally changed their SONAME. 

To 10310 (which means 1.3.10) this time - and it will change every version
- but that's better than before where it broke eevery (few) version(s). 

[ e.g. 1.3.10 also just removed symbols, in older packages it eas pampered over 
by
enabling legacy ciphers or lately by doing the libxmlsec1 -> libxmlsec1-1 etc. 
rename
in the last big libxml2+libxslt+xmlsec1 transition, see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1106888]
