Can you try without Ventoy ?
Don't know what could be causing the problem, maybe it's trying to pull a package from the iso that doesn't exist?
During the installation, busybox shells are available in tty2 and tty3 and installer logs are written to tty4 and /var/log/syslog. At any time, you can check logs by switching to tty2, tty3 or tty4 with Alt+F2, Alt+F3 or Alt+F4 respectively (also press Ctrl if using the graphic installer). In a shell you can also mount any supported filesystem and save logs and other information.
