Thanks for reporting! Here, the MRPT package & upstream maintainer.

I'm open to changing the name of that CLI tool to something else in my
next release, e.g. mrpt-ini2yaml (and the same for yaml2ini =>
mrpt-yaml2ini).
In that case, the other package would need to do nothing.
