Hi, while the immediate build error is already fixed upstream [1], most likely there are other issues due to the new R version. This prevents even a rebuild because of the new R graphics API, brought by the development R version uploaded to unstable without any transition or coordination with release-team or reverse dependencies in general. Upstream is planning a new relase of rkward (0.8.3) in 10 days: https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-i18n-doc/2026-April/003273.html Hence, I'm not planning to do any change on rkward until that; I'm sure the stable version of R will be uploaded on 24th, so I'll upload the new rkward version right after this.
