Huh, we must be really mistaken, the bug is about broken prep support in partman-prep, right, which then breaks prep-installer, and causes the install to fail. Ah, yes, this is not the bug about broken partman-prep, maybe it is best to merge it or something ? Anyway, i will try to do a new install but i can't guarantee anything, and see what the status of this one is. As far as i remember, this bug may still be present in one form or another as the symptom of the breakness i experienced since earlier this year is exactly the same.
