Just a heads-up that your fix for this [0] actually regresses the
reproducibility
of dovecot, as the value of TEST_DIR is embedded in
/usr/lib/dovecot/dovecot-config
in the dovecot-dev binary package:
-Wstrict-aliasing=2 -DTEST_DIR=\"/tmp/tmp.3f2NHCBjni\" -g -O2
^^^^^^^^^^
One way of fixing this would be to strip TEST_DIR from dovecot-config, but
there may be more elegant solutions.
