I have addressed all the issues mentioned. I have rewritten most of the copyright file with the outputs from scan-copyrights and licenserecon. lrc still shows some hits but I have manually verified those are false positives.
I have also renamed the master branch and upstream to debian/latest and upstream/latest on Salsa as per DEP-14 so please check those branches instead.
Since this is a scheme interpreter, I think it would be a good idea to maintain this under the Debian Scheme team. I already maintain a few packages for the scheme team but I am unsure about the team adoption process so please do advise me on that.
