The manpage for chango is generated from README.rst, and includes badges in the NAME section of the manpage. This makes the one-line description of the manual include the badge text (see "whatis chango"). This also seems to break the INTRODUCTION section, the INTRODUCTION section heading appears on the last line of the badges, " \%<https://\:github\:.com/\:astral-sh/\:ruff>.SH INTRODUCTION". Please remove the badges from README.rst. Thanks.
