Dear Maintainer,
libutf8proc-dev does not include cmake package files
i.e. /usr/lib/*/cmake/utf8proc is missing, even though upstream provides
them. This means that utf8proc cannot be found through cmake, and
currently only with pkgconf. Please install these files.

Hi Maytham,
the issue here is that cmake generates part of those files' content when
building with cmake. However, doing that yields no shared library; I do
not have time to debug this right now.
